Account Deletion & Data Erasure Request
In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and Google Play User Data policies, you can request permanent deletion of your Amountshop affiliate account.
⚠️ Important Consequences of Account Deletion:
- Virtual Silver Forfeiture: Any unredeemed Virtual Silver wallet balance below the ₹500 minimum payout threshold will be permanently surrendered and cannot be restored.
- Referral Network Severance: Your unique referral code will be deactivated. You will forfeit all future downline override commissions.
- Statutory Retention Exception: While personal contact data and device credentials will be erased, historical financial ledger entries and payout records must be retained for 7 years to comply with statutory audit regulations under the Income Tax Act, 1961.
