Affiliate Disclosure
1. Purpose of This Disclosure
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines, and international FTC fair disclosure standards, this disclosure informs users about how affiliate links, merchant commissions, and rewards function across Amountshop.
2. Nature of Affiliate Links
Many of the external outbound links displayed across Amountshop and shared by our registered network members are "affiliate links". When you click on an affiliate link and make an eligible purchase on a partner merchant's website (such as Tata CliQ, Ajio, Croma, Nykaa, or Flipkart), the merchant pays Amountshop an advertising referral commission.
3. Zero Additional Cost to Shoppers
Purchasing through an Amountshop affiliate link never increases the price you pay for any item or service. In fact, many affiliate campaigns provide verified exclusive promotional discounts, cashback vouchers, and seasonal promotional codes that reduce the consumer's final checkout price.
4. Member Distribution of Commissions
When a partner merchant credits Amountshop with an approved advertising commission, that commission is divided strictly in accordance with our documented 3-tier distribution matrix:
- 50% is awarded to the direct referring affiliate (Retailer) who introduced the customer.
- 30% is awarded to the sponsor (Distributor) who trained and onboarded the retailer.
- 20% is awarded to the regional leadership network (Super Distributor).
5. Editorial Independence & Genuine Endorsements
All affiliates sharing Amountshop promotional links are contractually obligated to state clearly that they may earn promotional rewards from qualifying purchases. We prohibit deceptive endorsements, fabricated discount percentages, or unverified claims regarding any merchant's product quality.
