Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Affiliate", "Member", or "User") and Shri Laxmishree Trader LLP ("Company"). By registering an account, generating tracking links, or accessing the Affiliate Portal, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Creation

  • You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
  • Registration requires a valid Indian mobile number verified via real-time OTP. Multiple accounts by the same individual or entity are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate termination.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete beneficiary information (Bank/UPI) matching your government identity.

3. Affiliate Relationship & Non-Employment

The relationship between Amountshop and the Affiliate is strictly that of an independent contractor. Participation in the network does not establish an employment, joint venture, franchise, or agency relationship. You have no authority to bind Amountshop or make representations on its behalf.

4. Prohibited Promotional Activities

Affiliates are strictly forbidden from engaging in the following unethical promotional practices:

  • Cookie Stuffing & Forced Clicks: Using hidden iframes, popup/popunder scripts, or automated click bots to simulate user engagement.
  • Trademark Bidding: Bidding on merchant brand names or trademarks (e.g., "Tata CliQ", "Ajio", "Croma") on search engines (Google Ads, Bing Ads) unless expressly authorized in writing.
  • Misleading or Deceptive Advertising: Fabricating non-existent coupon codes, false discounts, or unverified claims.
  • Spam & Unsolicited Communications: Distributing referral or campaign links via unsolicited bulk SMS, automated WhatsApp broadcasts, or unauthorized scraping.

5. Termination & Forfeiture

Amountshop reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any affiliate account found in violation of these Terms or merchant promotional guidelines. Upon termination for fraudulent traffic or policy breaches, all unvested and pending Virtual Silver balances shall be irrevocably forfeited.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Amountshop shall not be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from merchant tracking delays, postback delivery failures, or third-party e-commerce disruptions. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts in Gaya, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
