  • Android Mobile Application: Navigate to Drawer Menu > Settings > Privacy & Security > Delete Account.
  • Official Support Email: Send a written notice from your registered mobile/email to contact@amountshop.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

3. Consequences of Account Deletion

  • Virtual Silver Forfeiture: Any unredeemed Virtual Silver balance below the ₹500.00 minimum withdrawal threshold will be irrevocably forfeited upon account closure and cannot be restored.
  • Referral Network Severance: Your unique referral code will be permanently deactivated. You will forfeit all future downline override commissions and network performance rewards.
  • Session Invalidation: All active sessions across web and mobile applications will be immediately terminated.

4. 14-Day Timeline & Anonymization

Upon submission and verification of your deletion request:

  • Your profile name, registered telephone number, email address, password hashes, and device telemetry tokens will be permanently scrubbed or cryptographically anonymized within 14 business days.

5. Statutory 7-Year Financial Retention Exemption

In accordance with Section 44AB of the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961, the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002, and statutory banking audit requirements, historical financial ledger entries, tax withholding logs (TDS vouchers), and bank UTR disbursal records must be preserved for a statutory duration of 7 financial years. These records are isolated in an immutable, read-only compliance archive and cannot be utilized for commercial marketing.
